Then we will connect through a quick text, voice note, or video chat to discuss colors and inspirations. Please note that each design is an original, one-of-one creation by me. Customizations or changes are not permitted, and all sales are final—there are no refunds or exchanges.

Once we wrap our conversation, the creation process begins. Allow 4–6 weeks for your bespoke piece to be meticulously crafted, quality-assured, and prepared for shipping. Throughout this time, I will keep you updated with correspondence on each phase of the process.
